The hotel itself is very impressive, at a great rate and in a great part of the city.

The staff could have been friendlier, maybe they could have smiled once in a while.

It was an amazing stay at the hotel.
The location is fantastic,a 2-minute walk to the metro station.
Polite staff and a variety of delicious food for breakfast.

Bel hôtel bien situé dans Budapest,avec un bon accueil, la chambre a une literie très confortable, le petit déjeuner très bon.

A lovely hotel that was spotlessly clean and looked really inviting. Very helpful staff and a great help that everyone seemed to talk very good English. Huge choice at breakfast which was superb. Overall an enjoyable few days and would stay again.

Zara is first class. The facility is very comfortable, tasteful and clean, and the staff are absolutely wonderful, the receptionist, the concierge, the maids and the doorman. I could not have been happier. Thank you for making my stay in Budapest so pleasant.

A room with everything necessary, and a lots of complimentary nice fruit, chocolate and so on. Maybe not so much place to go around in the room itself. And the room, on our first day, was made too late (5pm). Altogether, a good adresse, not unforgetable.
