The hotel is more than I was expecting. It is great in every aspect. I came from Brazil to visit it because it will accomodate my Brazilian group of 36 people for 3 nights in september. And I am quiet sure that hotel will be a great complement during our visit to beautiful Budapest.

I like the hotel a lot, but there are some things that need to be improved:
-Staff in the bar. Thy were rude, no focus on service and the bar was a mess. Empty glasses everywhere, peanuts everywhere on the bar. Basically, a joke!
-Your rooftop is great! But why not serve drinks and food!? Great business opportunity. Drinks can be served in plastic iv you are nervous that glasses will break. Last Friday, the refrigerator at the Wellness counter was broken, so you could not even sell cold water, come on guys, it was 35 degrees. People was recommended to the gym to get water from the water cooler. I would make a small bar, with sparkling wine, rosé, beer, water and soft drinks, at least.
