Fabulous customer service, great location for sight seeing, hotel comfortable and varied selection of food for breakfast. Highly recommend staying here.

This was our second visit to zara continental and was every bit as enjoyable as the first. Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Our only criticism was the fact that thd piano needed tuned. :)

Ottimo hotel. Consiglio vivamente di avere un miglior supporto da parte del concierge (cercavo i tram o bus per visitare e mi si proponeva sempre la metro). Finalmente la ragazza con 'tanti capelli' ha avuto la cortesia di consultare GOOGLE MAP per dirmi che bus prendere

A very nice hotel and helpful personnel. Loud noice outside the window one night, maybe nightclub? The location was a bit off, but OK.

Il servizio è stato molto buono, la camera per tre persone (n.349) è troppo piccola infatti i nostri amici (Mirizio/Trasarti) hanno avuto quella più grande.
The service was very good, the room for three people (n.349) is too small!!! in fact our friends (Mirizio/Trasarti) have had the bigger one.

Excelente e muito bonito hotel. A remodelação feita foi magnifica. O ambiente é calmo e muito agradavel e o pessoal é muito prestavel.

We spent 2 nights here and the hotel and it"s staff were fantastic. Very friendly and helpful - excellent service and amazing hotel in a spectacular city. Could not recommend it enough!!
