sfeer is zakelijk en anoniem.

kamerservice was redelijk: linnengoed niet compleet, niet brandschoon of niet verwisseld.

In our voucher it said minispa included, even though we were asked to pay 8€ to use it. Too bad, we choose notto use it for that price!

We - two couples - stayed 4 nights at this nice hotel. Good situated in the center of the city and with a very nice and serviceminded staff. Excellant restaurant.

We had a lovely trip to budapest and the Hotel Zara made it a very pleasant experience. I will definately be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.
