Overall the experience was excellent. We were given a "non smoking" room that wreaked of smoke. This was the only unpleasant experience.

WHAN I GO BACK TO BUDAPEST,I WILL TAKE THE SAME HOTEL. VERY GOOD SERVICE, NICE ROOMS AND A GOOD SITUATION IN THE CENTER.

Loved every moment of our Holiday and the stay at your hotel made it all very special.
From the minute we stepped into the hotel we were treated like royalty could not have been more helpful. W look forward to our return soon. Thank you all.

Its a lovely hotel and I was made to feel very welcome. Loved the lobby and coffee shop area.
My only slight problem with the Continental Zara was its location, it was a bit far away from the centre as I was visiting on my own- but that's not the hotel's fault
