This is a new hotel close to the great Synagogue and New York Cafe. It is quite far from the Chain Bridge and Buda. The lobby is impressive. It has two small rooftop pools - an indoor and an outdoor one and even a spa. The lifts were slow. The breakfast on offer was average. The room we had was small with space only for two beds. No place for much else. No complimentary water or stationery. The window overlooked the other rooms and curtains could not be left drawn open without an audience!! The bathroom was small and functional. The highlight of our stay at the hotel was the help and assistance extended by the concierge, Levente Barma. He was extremely gracious and enthusiastic and helped us organise all our tours. He was very patient with our many queries. The front office staff was also polite and helpful. The fourth star in the review is dedicated to their front office staff!!

Nice location, room was clean, very helpful and friendly staff, nice gym/sauna/pool area, breakfast buffet was excellent.

Staff very efficient and friendly, apart from a couple of short tempered waiters one morning.
Cleanliness of hotel marred a little by smell of sewage at times even up on the 5th floor.

Very good apart from breakfast which was chaotic at times. Tea or coffee should have been served at tables, not help yourself from a machine. Some crockery was chipped. Food at breakfast only average. Rest of the hotel including room, gallery bar and reception excellent.

Hotel lindo e bem cuidado, ótimo quarto, cama e chuveiro. Apenas uma ressalva para a troca dos canais de TV Brasileiros de TV Record para a Globo internacional.
