Nous avons été surpris que le forfait de spa ne soit pas inclus dans notre séjour. Rien n'était indiqué sur notre bon de réservation et à l'accueil, le personnel ne nous a pas indiqué que c'était payant.

I first stayed at the Zara last year 2012my first trip to Budapest and really had a great time. The Hotel staff went out of their way in helping me planning trips so much so I said I would return in 2013 and this I have just done and again the staff gave me an excellent service.

Hotel was nice. Room was very hot. could only set temperature as low as 19 but room would never get that cool. switched to having window open at night instead. Disappointed jacuzzi in spa wasnt heated, main purpose of using spa was to have warm soak in jacuzzi which was the same cool temperature as pool. Also pillows were a bit hard. Asked for other pillows from the choose your pillow service but they were not as advertised and also hard. Decorative pillows were the most comfortable. Otherwise it was an excellent hotel.

The best hotel I've ever been too. Really enjoyed my stay. Excellent all round.

Overall this is a very good hotel although the temperature of the room was really uncomfortable.

A very nice hotel at our first stay in Budapest. We enjoyed it very much and we will absolutely use this hotel when we come back another time.

Spa ist sehr schön aber leider keine Liegeplätze nach der Sauna.
Ansonsten alles bestens.

Exceptionally helpful staff, even before we arrived. Concierge helped with a car to greet us on arrival at the railway station. We also had a lunchtime snack in the bar and used it for drinks in the evening - again very good staff, excellent quality, and prices comparable with elsewhere. Lovely bulding, that has retained some stunning original features.

Lovely hotel, excellent staff. I would highly recommend this hotel to anybody who wanted great service and a pleasant stay.
