Cleaner would just clean the visible spots. Everything in the corners would be left untouched. Even though it's not up to housekeeping to remove dirty dishes (btw, why is that? O_o) it would still be nice to come back to clear room, that doesn't smell like food.
As for service, that waiters and reception don't treat you like a valued customer (at all) and in any conversation will give you very short answers "yeah", "okay". Not sure if I heard please or thank you (except for when I didn't need the towels changed in the evening)
Breakfast on thee other hand, is excellent! Everything was delicious (although sometime you would have to wait for sometime to get a place to sit)
