Generally very good stay. Very good service in order to arrange program and make reservations etc.

Overall it was good, helpful and efficient staff, room was not great compared to the rest of the hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay in Zara hotel. Everything was perfect. The location, the room, the breakfast, the swimmingpool. Absolutely value for money. The second dinner in the restaurant was a disappointment, because they could not serve so many people and they forgot to give us wine. But they made it up, we got wine, coffee and Pallinka and a lot of excuses. We will surely come back.

WE WERE VERY SATIFIED ABOUT THE ROOM AND ESPACIALLY ABOUT THE BREAKFAST !!!!!
THE SERVICE WAS OK, EXCEPT THE RESERVATION OF THE TAXI BY DEPARTURE.
WE WILL CERTAINLY RECOMMAND THIS HOTEL TO OUR FRIENDS !

Mycket prisvärt hotell med bra läge. Trevligt café att koppla av i på eftermiddagen.

Hôtel très agréable,un peu excentré des lieux de visite dans une rue pas très gaie. Le problème est pour les francophones qui ne parlent pas l'anglais, au niveau du restaurant c'est très difficile. Il faudrait faire apparaître la photo des plats proposés,ce serait déjà plus facile. La sécurité au top. Par contre, dans les couloirs il règne une odeur incommodante

All in all a very nice experience on a good, clean hotel with very friendly staff. The only dissapointment was the wellness / spa.
