The overall experience was excellent! The staff were lovely, the room was great and the location was perfect.

Really enjoyed my stay, your staff are excellent, the above comments are just some feedback. Here are some other comments that you should be aware:

House Keeping: requested bathrobes which never arrived!!
Room service: Hungarian Stew arrive cold! Too hungry to send it back!
Plates were left outside the door at approx 9.30pm, they were still there at 8am
Air con: Comments on trip advisor mention the problems with air con, most people find it too cold or hot and I have to agree.

The above are just some minor details that can be improved on which would make you stand out from a good 4* to a superior 4*.

From the moment i came the service was excellent. There was no delay in enything and all were very nice. As far for the hotel itself, No comment! Excellent!
