War bereits 2011 gerne Gast. Empfehlenswert. Restaurant: Speisenauswahl, -qualität, -präsentation top. Das Service war 2011 etwas aufmerksamer und freundlicher. Zimmer bereits ein wenig abgewohnt (speziell im Badezimmer sichtbar). Frühstücksbuffet umfangreich, vielfältig und nun auch mit der Mögilchkeit, Orangen selbst frisch auszupressen. Servicepersonal top aufmerksam, freundlich und flott. Empfehlenswertes Haus, da auch sehr zentral gelegen.
Rezueption: war diesmal nicht so freundlich und aufmerksam wie zuletzt.
Manko: kein Geldwechsel im Haus.

We very much enjoyed our stay - staff were very helpful, answering all of our questions, and spoke perfect English. We had a problem with the card and couldn't get into the room, but this was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Location good - next to metro stop and very close to Big Bus tour bus stop. Would recommend the hotel's taxi service to airport as it's only slightly more expensive than the shuttle bus for 2 people.
