Room was small, no free upgrade available so had to pay 200 euros for a suite which was expensive
also laft my trunks in the changing room, but although i have phoned to ask for their retrun I have not received them.
However that said the hotel was lovely and the staff were very helpful

The hotel provides a comfortable stay in a good location. Staff were polite and attentive at all times. We were delighted with the Budapest experience. Recommend the 3 hr tour booked through the hotel, with own English speaking guide with great knowledge of history .

We had a really nice week-end. The staff is welcoming, the rooms are comfortable and the breakfast is amazing! The hotel is also perfectly located.

Great stay for 3 nights. Good service, nice room and overall good experience. Very good value for the price we paid (£140 for 3 nights). Would recommend.
