I loved the building; the interior was beautiful; unfortunately we found in our room - when we arrived - dust & hairs (long & black- definitely not from us ;)) in the corner of the room. but everything else was very tidy & clean, so I guess it was just bad luck.

Breakfast should start earlier - if you have to go to the office early (e.g. leaving hotel before 7 am) the coffee offered in the hall is not acceptable (and mostly cold!) !

It was a very special trip unfortunately slightly ruined by the fact that our complimentary fruit bowl was missing, we had to be moved rooms because of building in the next block. This all contributed to the fact that we found too late how beautiful the Buda side brand how we got misdirected with purchasing a Budapest card and ended up with a travel ticket that cost us 25 quid. We enjoyed the sights but sometimes found the staff quite rude however the manger and the restaurantgreeting lady was just lovely. Overall, we enjoyed the hotel, and sights, but it was a best near the end of our trip. Thank you for upgrade and fruit bowl but because of the problems i was surprised that we still had pay for the prosecco and chocolates.

The hotel is highly recommended. We had the spa package. We would love to return in the summer to Budapest. Great service and very friendly staff.
