Hotel molto bello. L'unica pecca era il bagno troppo piccolo e la strada poco illuminata durante le ore serali. A me ed al mio ragazzo è capitato un episodio leggermente strano, proprio davanti all'hotel. Tornando dal ristorante a pochi passi dall'hotel (Ladò) abbiamo avuto modo di notare un auto con due uomini, parcheggiata dinanzi all'entrata dell'albergo. Il più giovane dei due, non appena ci ha visto arrivare è uscito con foga dall'auto venendoci incontro. Stranamente, non appena siamo entrati in hotel, è risalito in auto.
Episodio leggermente strano.per il resto, ottima pulizia, e personale gentilissimo.

This was my first time in Budapest. The Continental Hotel Zara is a lovely place - nicely decorated, great atmosphere. I'm glad I found it! The one disappointed was the spa area - while I expected it to be small, the tiny pool and the fact that there is no space (not even a relax room) where one can doze for a while after having been to the saune meant that even if access would have been included in the price, I doubt I would have used access would have been included in my room rate, I doubt I would have used these facilities. Yes there are many great baths and spas in Budapest - but of course it is also nice if in your hotel you can unwind (alos beyond 9pm...)

Bellissimo hotel, sia per le camere che per gli spazi comuni. Personale gentilissimo ed efficientissimo. Ottima posizione per visitare la città. Quando torneremo a Budapest torneremo sicuramente qui!

Very hepfuf and professional stuff. I had a problem with my car, they really made my life easier contacting the repair service and helping organising repair.

Everyone was very friendly, hotel extremely clean and luxury, made to feel welcome and comfortable . Rooms were comfortable and stylish.. service was top notch... I was celebrating my father 70th and thew hotel staff made an extra effort delivering fruit platter tour room. Thank you for your kind hospitality .

Fantastic hotel friendly helpful staff, great location. Next time I cost Budapest I wouldn't hesitate to book again
