L'albergo è vamente bello, il personale abbastanza cordiale, le camere vengono pulite tutti i giorni.
I servizi sono ottimo. Sembra quasi un 5 stelle invece ke quattro e ad 1 prezzo eccezionale!!

En general muy bien quedamos muy contentos, conozco bien el mundo de los hoteles porque es mi profesión y lo que buscas cuando vas a un hotel es buen desayuno, buena habitación limpia y calentita, comodas camas, ubicación ideal y lo mejor el precio por lo menos para los que van con euros

One of the hotel staff was completely unfriendly during our stay, I do not think a 4 star superior hotel can afford such a behaviour.
The restaurant service was excellent.

Our stay in Budapest was the first time. We plan another journey to Budapest in May or June and hopefully, if the prices for accomodation are the same as we had for this time, we will come to ZARA Continental hotel again.
