Not totally satisfied for a hotel of that rank. I was able to get back my suitcase in the storage space without being checked. What if someone else with bad intentions had done so ?

Above all my expectations. Although it is 4 * I think it is on par with a 5! I took 2 of my fiends and we are spreding the news of this great hotel amongst our friends. I hope we will be back. Superb location, accomodation, very good restourant and the spa is a bonus. I did not try the treatment but my friends commented very positively on a vareity of them! It is what Hungary does best... go discover!

from 28 th december to 2nd january, nice Budapest discovery, nice hotel, perfect surprise to get the president suite
nice food, nice city, perfect for cutting the day job, the stress and everything... A deep breathing before taking back the routine and the overjob situation...

Really lovely hotel. Ideally located. I would definitely stay again on a future visit to Budapest.

hôtel très moyen pour un 4*+, le service n'est pas au top! en arrivant nous avons eu droit à une chambre simple à la place d'executive!! nous avons reclamé pour avoir ce qu'on avait payé! le personnel (excepté une personne) pas compétent, pas au service de l'autre, pas très gentil non plus! nous ne retournons pas à cet hôtel !

Nice hotel, very comfortable room, although could be bigger. Cleaning and supplementing things like cosmetics, towels, coffee, tea etc. - very good. TV channels in English - poor choice, mainly information channels, but we were visitng city, so it didn't bother us much. Restaurant very nice, good choice of food, great service. Wellness area - nice sauna, small pool, 4 people inside makes swimming impossible. The area could be open later than till 9 p.m. (perhaps 10 p.m.?).

Very pleasant. Staff was extraordinary. Easy access to transport. Street noise was well blocked by windows.
