We had a very pleasant stay for 3 nights in the hotel. The hotel is not located in the cleanest part of the city, but this is hardly the hotel's fault.

We stayed at your hotel on 15th November for a couple of nights. We booked through an agency and we went for this hotel as they assure us that the spa usage is included in our package. On our arrival the receptionist said that only breakfast is included in our rate. I advised to call the agency and clear the situation. The receptionist said that maybe I should call the agency.I didn't think it's a good idea as I think it is the agency selling rooms on your behalf so you should deal with them especially that my reservation confirmation didn't say that spa is included but it didn't say it wasn't!!!
Another issue was tee & coffee making facilities in the room. I knew from your website that standard rooms don't have tea tray but i also read that that facility is available upon the request. So a couple of days before our trip I emailed your office and asked for a tea tray in our room. First answer was email advising us to upgrade to a deluxe room which includes tea facilities. I send another email saying that I don 't want to upgrade but I just want a tea tray to be placed in my room. Why can it not be easy????Eventually I go an email confirming my request. On our arrival the receptionist confirmed with us that we requested tea tray in the room and she even said something through the radio I guessed she was checking with housekeeping that it has been put to our room.. How surprised I was when we entered the room and I didn't see anything I'd asked for! We went out and I thought they will probably place it in our room when we are away. They did not of course! It is ridiculous that you don't provide the service the guest asked for! If you don't want tea trays in the rooms just dont advertise it on your website!

Hotel un peu loin du centre névralgique (Parlement, Danube, châteu....), mauvais accueil (personnel pas agréable)
