Bel établissement bien placé. Des efforts à faire sur le service, personnes pas toujours aimables et certaines franchement désagréables au restaurant notamment. Globalement nous sommes tout de même satisfaits de l'hôtel.

The hotel has the best service, room decoration and above all the breakfast is delicious. However, the reception did not inform us of the ticket we have to purchase to the airport when we inquire about it. This leads to us being scammed of 8000Ft during the bus transport to the airport. We would like to report this to the tourism ministry of Hungary if possible. We have researched but do not know exactly what we should do. It will be great if you can provide us further information regarding this matter. Thank you.

On the other side I’am very sorry, that you have been punished on the bus goining to the airport. As all of the major cities in Europe the public transfortation has a fee, also in Budapest, I’am really sorry, that your visit has ended with a bad experience.

Very Nice hotel, good location, very good breackfast with a lot of choice, nice receptionist who do their utmost possible to help you.

they have no English speaking tv except for the news, not good

Excellent rapport qualité/prix (sauf le restau pour avoir testé le repas du réveillon de Noël...) et calme absolu dans les chambres. Tout est facile d'accès à pied ou transports publics. Bars/restau sympa aux alentours. Je recommande :-)

Quite good. Wellness was a bit too low standard for the price. On the other hand, the location was perfect.

Tout était parfait. La seule remarque à faire concerne le comportement du personnel. Ils étaient tous très professionnels, mais pas trop gentille. Ils avaient l'air toujours très pressé et JAMAIS un sourire !
