We had a fantastic City break for part of my wife's 50th birthday celebrations. Budapest is a great City. The Spas are very therapeutic, especially for people like me who have eczema. The Hotel Continental Zara is one of the best hotels that I've ever stayed in throughout the world.

I was happy to read that you have enjoyed your stay with us, and also that you were very satisfied with the service at the Restaurant ARAZ both at the breakfat and lunch.

Regarding to your complaint about wellness, I would like to inform you, in some of our contacts with travel agents we don’t have free entrance to our pools to keep the room prices as low as possible.

At the end I’am very sorry that we did’nt know about the reason of your journey, since we are always focusing on family celebrations, birthdays, anniversaries and honeymoons.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and I found it really great; it was all perfect. I will surely suggest it to all my friends and relatives.
