Good attention, very friendly, helpful all around personal.

Dear Guest,

I can only hope, that somewhere is a misundersanding about our handmade matzo balls, because we put them allways fresh to our soups. After we prepare them from matzo we store them under vacuum. I can imagine, that we did’nt cook them well enough, but we never use Knorr powder for that.

I sincerely hope that I succesfully settled our differences about matzo balls, and you will remember for our hotel with good memories, and we can welcome you here again in the close future.

Although the room was guaranteed for late arrival it was not fully prepared. We had to stay up until 01:00 o´clock in the morning until the extra bed was set. But altogether the personnel were very friendly, helpful and did a excellent job.

Having read your questionnaire, I can imagine your dissapointment and I therefore apologise for the mistake of our Reception Team. At the beginning of your arrival day we have prepared your room for three people, but because of a big group arrival we have mixed some rooms, and after that my colleague forgot to inform Housekeeping about your new room number.

Excellent hôtel très bien situé dans le quartier juif. Le personnel est très professionnalisme. Les petits dèj. sont très copieux et très variés.
La chambre ainsi que la salle de bain sont spacieuses.

abbiamo apprezzato molto il fatto che nonostante l'hotel sia nuovo,moderno e di categoria elevata,il personale di tutti i settori è molto amichevole e professionale..non freddo e distaccato come spesso succede negli alberghi di questo tipo!grazie!
