Once we had found the Hotel - it was situated in a back street - and entered through the beautiful swing doors there was the WOW factor! The Auditorium and public rooms were spacious with interesting decor.The bedroom was nicely furnished and all the staff incredibly helpful and friendly.
The hotel was close to a transport hub which was very convenient for travelling around the beautiful city of Budapest.
We would highly recommend the Hotel Zara.

Very good. Only downside was water was expensive in room and no tea and coffee in room.

apparte lo spavento iniziale per una presunta cancellazione della prenotazione, ma credo per problemi di agenzia e nn di hotel, lo staff è risultato di competenza e disponibile.

Very good hotet. situation was excellent near by metro. Only thing I can complain was the smell in our room. I think it was dryed drain.

overall it was a fantastic experience
i will come back to budapest and will certainly try to come back to the hotel
if i had to find something negative is that most tv-channels are in German
which give non-german customers not much to choose from
