Continental Hotel Budapest

I have an over all very good impression after my stay!

Perfect combination price quality, outstanding breakfast

The hotel was on a quiet street and belied the opulence of the interior which was fantastic, very open , not too cluttered. Our room looked out onto the artwork in the courtyard which was great. The time of year meant that we did not sit out but all the seating areas were modern and peaceful. The staff on reception were welcoming and very helpful in all areas, i lost my mobile phone at the airport and Esther one of the receptionists and the concierge rang the airport lost property and some one had actually handed it in!! The rooms were well equipped and the cleaning staff did a great job, including getting us some slippers and bathrobes at no extra cost!! The cocktail bar and restuarant were also great, all the hotel had an open and airy feel. The history and the decor of the place made our stay a real pleasure. I would love to see the city in the spring or summer

Had a great stay...the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are lovely and is 10 minutes from the main shops and the chain bridge by foot.

All the reception staff and housekeeping was very attentive, very professional and friendly

Great. The smell of the shampoo, shower gel and body lotion is the only thing I can complain about. It did not smell good, more like a old men perfume.

To us this hotel is equal Marriott hotel and we did enjoy during our stay there.

We had a very pleasant experience at Continental Zara hotel, clean and modern room and the lobby is very nice as well. The bathroom is a bit small so only one at a time and I didn't manage to make lower the temperature in the room (I changed the control though) as it was too warm. The location is not too bad but you still need to take public transport or walk at least 25min to get to the center.

Most of the staff are helpful, especially the door boys. They are very nice.
but you have this Itlian girl at the reception, whatever you ask her, she has this shocking look like I asked something stupid.
The breakfast is very good, ARAZ restaurant is the best in the area.
One small note, you have great swimming pool, it will be nice if you can sell swimming suit there or at least now where I can buy them from the nearby area.

Not so good space to work with PC. No chair to sit in, and the one I've got was to huge to fit in the space.
