Pienamente soddisfatto del soggiorno presso il vostro hotel. La nosta camera seppur non grandissima era confortevole, pulita, dotata di tutti i confort. Consiglierei dei piumoni un pò più grandi per il letto, un maggior assortimento per colazione di dolci, più amati da noi italiani. Giudizio complessivo: eccellente!!!

Innanzitutto la ringraziamo per aver scelto il nostro Hotel per il suo soggiorno a Budapest!

Mi fá molto piacere leggere che in complesso sia rimasto soddisfatto del nostro Hotel dei nostri servizi, seppure abbia trovato la dimensione della camera e dei piumoni
piccola e che abbia trovato vasta la nostra scelta di dolci.

Per noi é molto importante ricevere Feedback dai nostri ospiti, in questo modo possiamo capire meglio i settori in cui dobbiamo migliorare. Abbiamo molti ospiti italiani
e francesi che richiedono un assortimento di dolci piú vasto nella nostra colazione, perció ho provveduto ad inoltrare questa richiesta al nostro Chéf.

Riguardo le misure della camera, sono daccordo con lei quando scrive che non sono grandissime, abbiamo peró varie categorie di camere.
La standard é di circa 20mq mentre la nostra Deluxe é di 24 mq, se in futuro dovessero visitare la spendida Budapest consiglierei di prenotare e provare la nostra Deluxe.

Inoltre desidero informarla che abbiamo a disposizione piumoni piú grandi, in caso di richiesta siamo lieti di offrirli ad i nostri ospiti.

La ringrazio ancora una volta del suo commento e speriamo di rivederLa nuovamente nel nostro Hotel.

Fantastic looking building in the entrance/reception area and the doors were stunning, live piano music in the evenings, very clean everywhere. Fantastic helpful staff and the location was good within walking distance of most sights and the metro.

Selection and quality of food at breakfast was excellent.

Would definitely recommend to others.

Very nice 3 night stay - excellent food in Araz restaurant - efficient & friendly front office - beautiful rooms - good beds - nice to have live piano music in the evenings - minor points: 2 out of 3 coffee machines were not working during breakfast on Sunday 18/11 - despite having a reservation for the Araz resto on Thursday 15/11, we had no table. after complaining, the issue was nicely resolved by the restaurant manager as we could have full restaurant service in the bar - cleaning of the room (313) could have been better (paper on the ground next to bed stayed there for 4 days, dead spider on the wall, bathroom could have been better cleaned) - all in all e very nice stay.

Overall we were very well respected as guests and there was always a helpful english speaking person at hand to help out.
All our requests were met with great satisfaction.

Excellent and very classy hotel, top class staff that deserve to be recognised and rewarded as great ambassadors for Budapest and Hungary.

Close to the action but not smack bang in the nightlife meaning you did not hear any music or shouting when trying to sleep.

The piano player in the foyer was a nice touch.

A* will be back, hopefully soon.
