Love Budapest!!!! Next time I visit my hotel will Zara. The staff was friendly and very helpful.

An enjoyable stay at a good hotel was spoiled by the noises trough the connection door. We complained but no change, improvement nor offer was made. Staff on the desk simply didn't seem to care once we had checked in and paid. No way would I want to stay again.

Very good hotel in a convenient location, close to the bus routes/Metro lines. One negative, hotel charges 6 euros per person to use the Spa/Swimming pool - if staying at the hotel as a paying guest guest, spa/swimming pool usgae should be a part of the package - Hotel should not charge the guests extra
