We had a wonderful stay. The service was v efficient and extremely friendly. Couldn't find fault.

I would definitly visit hotel ARAZ/ZARA again. Baeutyfull building...
The only thing I regret is that I lost my favorite trousers (beige with 3 buttons at the bottom of the legg). I Probably left it in the room (although I checked before leaving). The room on the second flour was noizy and we were offered another room on the fourth flour the second night.

Very good value for the money... I highly recommend this cool hotel. The piano music in yhe lounge was the icing on the cake. The staff are simply excellent.

In the bathroom there is no enough space to hang the towels.
On the other hand, the decoration and the hotel was amazing, very beatiuful, very good the atmosphear, very quiet so we could rest very well.
