We loved the hotel! Very nice staff, excellent breakfast and the room was great! We only had a problem with the cleaninglady. I put some special product in a glass for my contactlenses and she threw it away. The next day I put my glass in the closet (where the safe is!) so she could't throw it away but...she found it again and throw it away again! We were not very satisfied with this!

Having read your letter, I can imagine your dissapointment and I therefore apologise for the service from the Housekeeping. At the first time I can imagine that our staff has taken the glass – I do apologize for that – but they never open the closet in an oppupied room, some misunderstanding has happend at the second time.

We could not fault this hotel at all. It supplied everything we needed. We would definitely go back to the Hotel Zara again.

Hotel excellent choice, clean, sophisticated and great dining right there & convenient. Easy walk to the Danube and interesting sights. Service very good from check in to check out.

Excellent location in Old Town, close to everything. Service was also excellent - very helpful with directions, restaurant recommendation, etc. The only drawback is no elevator - you have to be prepared to climb a winding staircase.

Very nice hotel. The staff was serviceminded. The ventilation in the room was not so good, it was to hot and a little smelly. Otherwise a hotel we can recommend!
