All staff were helpful and informative. The room was clean and quiet. The facilities were outstanding including the bar area, piano area and Spa. The streets outside were a bit umpleasant but this did not detract from the Hotel and it made an excellent base for a great city break.

+ good renovated room
- in fact hotel restaurant (Araz) offers good value for money
+ above-average breakfast

- breakfast should be offered from 6:30am since many group trourists start their breakfast early in the morning and at 7:00am you have to stay in a cueue shortly in front of the entrance.
- dinner: a senior staff in the restaurant brought me a glass of wine that I did not ordered. This was simply because he wanted to finish an opened bottle of another wine. And this bottle was not enough for a proper portion of glass - I told it to him as it was obvious, so he brought another glass of different wine that he also wanted to finish. All in all, you feel as if you were rubbish. A pity because the restaurant offers excellent meal.

hotel nuovo, pulito, si presenta molto bene, la zona non è molto elegante-
la stanza non ha il bidet o il watercloset bidet che per gli italiani è importante. L'armadio è piccolo. è preferita l'estetica alla praticità.
è sato un soggiorno piacevole

The hotel was good.Speciality we liked the spa and breakfast.The staff was very friendly and helpful. The missing full-length mirror was big minus.Minus was also dark shower corner and a warm mini-bar.

Bei ankunft wurde uns ein Upgrade versprochen. Wir hatten zwar nicht darum gefragt aber uns deswegend gefreut.Unsere Freunden womit wir zusammen waren hatten keinen Upgrade bekommen. Die Zimmer waren aber fast ähnlich. Unsere Freunden hatten eine Obstschale im Zimmer, wir aber nicht (vielleicht weil wir ein Upgrade hatten?) Ist ja alles nicht so wichtig. Wenn man aber etwas versprecht muss Mann das auch machen:-)

The hotel was really lovey, stylish and in a good location. The staff are friendly and helpful and I would recommend to anyone planning a trip to Budapest.

We had an outstanding experience at Hotel Zara. The staff were excellent and made our stay even better! We would highly recommend Hotel Zara for their excellent facilities and service! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
