Great hotel, that is in a fantastic location, staff friendly and helpful. Only issue was asking concierge
to book a restaurant, only to be told it was booked out due to a group booking, we were then pressed to book a restaurant "recommended" by the hotel. However we still proceeded to the beautiful Robinsons restaurant and were duly giving a fantastic table. Why concierge told us that Robinsons was booked out is beyond me, and left a bad taste when thinking back on our stay.

Highly recommended. We were very pleased with the level of service and the overall beauty the hotel and the room. We visited the spa and rooftop area and wished we had booked an additional day so we could enjoy them; both beautiful and clean. We will definitely return if our travels take us back to Budapest.

Couldnt fault the hotel as a place to just stay. Needed a few more comforts inn the room to make it a better experience

Everything about our stay was excellent. We really liked Budapest and thought what a beautiful city it is and that Hungarian people are warm and friendly. We enjoyed everything that we did in 4 days; the architecture, the food, the opera, the spa baths, the river cruise and the bus tour. We especially liked Hungarian beer and Goulash. We would recommend 'Ruben's' restaurant on Magyar Ucta. It was an absolute delight to return to our beautiful room each evening and sleep in our comfortable beds! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Hotel excelente, trato maravilloso. Spa sencillo pero muy agradable. Lamentamos no obstante que el bar (encima de recepción) tuviese tan poca oferta de comida. Además pedimos un zumo de frutas del bosque y como quedaba muy poco en un botella ya abierta, por no abrir otra, el camarero rellenó el vaso con hielo.
