The room was too warm. Did not have a good nights rest due to temperature in room. Hotel assistant tried to adjust but not possible.Shared breakfast with huge group of tourists which did not make it a pleasant experience-

the service provided, particularly by the front desk was excellent and very helpful.
The Hotel itself with its art nouveau decoration is most attractive

Durante nuestra estancia, mi esposa y yo nos sentimos muy alagados de estar en este Hotel tan extraordinario, solo podemos manifestar nuestro agradecimiento por su excelente servicio en todos y cada uno de los lugares, la recepcion, el registro, las habitaciones el restaurant, en fin en todo lugar solo recibimos las mejores atenciones, en esta ocacion estubimos en Berlin,Paris y Praga y el Hotel Zara nos cautivo, lo recomendamos ampliamente, F E L I CI D A D E S !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
