My wife and I had an excellent time in Continential Zara hotel and Budapest is the most wonderfull city

When we arrived at the hotel (me and my boyfriend), there was a problem with the reservation we made on the internet with Jetair (well known traveloperator in Belgium)we weren't in the system..
But the person at the reception did his best to figure it out and in the meantime we did get a room eventough the hotel was almost fullhouse.
After all, everything was fine, there had been a miscommunication.

A Excellent Hotel,modern,welcoming,well managed and our bedroom was so clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast, could not fault this Hotel at all,thank you for a holiday to remember..mr mrs Brown

Für ein Superior-Zimmer hätte ich mir eine bessere Lage gewünscht. Ausblick, Straßenlärm!

The hotel is totally recommendable to everybody. They may be over challenged sometimes, for example their taxiservice forgot to pick me up at the airport, but when I called they organized someone else very quickly, and even upgraded my room. And second I made a reservation at their restaurant over the concierge that somehow didn't get through, but also there they offered me another table immediately.

It was a nice hotel with very good service and Hospitality. Mattresses were very good, but pillows must be optional. I do usually sleep in thick and soft pillow, but there were 4 pillows and all were same and thin. I think you should mix them as 2 thick - soft and the two same as it is now.
