Fantastic hotel, not many faults what so ever. Any faults that there were, were minimal at most.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff who checked us in when we arrived at the hotel in the night could see we were tired and were very quick and professional in checking us in. Overall, we found the afternoon staff to be much nicer and could answer sny queries we had. The concierge/s were also charming and everyone made us feel welcome and wanted us to not only to enjoy our stay in the hotel but also our stay in Budapest. I would definitely come back to this hotel if I visit and will gladly recommend it to friends and family.

Everything was excellent, exceeded our expectations, staff extremely friendly and helpful.Our room was spacious and comfortable. We would recommend this hotel to friends.

Everything I needed for my 4 night stay was available. I was passing through because a friend from London was getting married just outside the city, and it seemed a good excuse to meet up with friends earlier, to explore the city & it many bars & restaurants. Very glad I choose the Zara. They were spot-on in every dept for myself & my other friends staying there from Sweden. Thx U Hotel Zara
