We had a great time in Budapest and not least because of the hotel and its staff. They wre helpful right from the start in settlign us in with things to do - even with places that they couldn't have had a mutual deal with.

All, and I mean all, the staff spoke English, which was great for a non-Hungarian speaker, and were helpful and friendly throughout.

The hotel had all the features we needed and was great value for money. You'll pay normal 4* in the restaurant and room extras but the room price was much better than back home.

Clean overall; welcoming always; clean, quiet bedrooms.

It was my first rtip to Budapest and I was rather apprhensive at what the city break was going to be like. However I travelled with a friend and we were both very plesantly surprised with a wonderful holiday not to mention the hotel which was rather nice and grandly decorated in the lobby.
The staff were particularly helpful, especially Levente Barna and Ahmed Hendawi.
Levente made our sightseeing such a pleasure with his knowledge and guidance and Ahmed with all his assistance on little requests we had.
I would definitely stay there again and certainly recommend it to my friends. It was convenient and not far from public transport either.
Overall the holiday was wonderful and we truly had a great time. I would definitely go back to the city and hotel again.

We were 4 persons in our travelparty and all agreed that booking this hotel was well worth it and we would consider doing it again - if visiting Budapest. Would recomend it to friends.

3m walking distance from metro and tram/buses, very good quality, not cheap though. the roof garden is smaller than expected.

Fantastic hotel. Only gripe we had was extra charge for using pool and feel for a hotel of this standard it should be included in price. For this reason did not use the facility and this marred the enjoyment of our stay.

Un très bon hôtel, bien décoré et un vrai service. J'étais descendu lors d'un précédent voyage au Boscolo très bel hotel et plus luxeux mais ici l'accueil est bien plus chaleureux, ce qui me fait dire qu'il est préférable de descendre au ZARA.
