Really good - I have already recommended you to several friends. As I noted already, but worth repeating, the friendliness and efficiency of the staff was outstanding with receptionist Vanda exceptional

We booked the hotel through Budapest.no and payed a package-price, which included taxi to and from the hotel/airport, free entry to the spa, breakfast and room. This was a great deal!
We have no complaints, except that it could have been a non-smoking section outside during breakfast.
If we`re going to Budapest again, we will stay at Zara!

I loved your hotel and your city. It is absolutely beautiful, I wish you all kind of success and hope I may be able to enjoy your hospitality in the future.
I think the best part of the experience was your personnel, they are so kind! and many go out of their way to help you.

overall happy with the price paid as had good deal with travel republic but if had paid full price would not have been happy. would not choose to stay again due to location and outlook from room

Good, in general, people very kind. But the problem of the smell was somewhat unpleasant.
I find some scratches on the front of my car; I realized back home when I washed it; as it had not been washed in the last two months (I don't use it too much, generally it stays in my garage) I can't say if it happened in Budapest, so I just eventually signal it.

Hotelet ligger väldigt centralt men ändå i ett lugnt läge. Mycket trevlig personal.
