My first time here. Very good breakfast I loved the swimming pool and the area on the rooftop, good to relax there after a lot of walk in this amazing city. Nice bar and lovely piano play in evenings. I will definitely stay here again.

If the temperature in the room was better i would give it a higher rating.

We continuously monitor weather conditions and adjust our cooling system accordingly, especially during warmer periods. Our team is also always available during your stay to provide immediate assistance, including a portable fan or, subject to availability, a room change.

We would have been very happy to go the extra mile during your stay to address this in real time, and we regret that you did not have the opportunity to share your concern while still in-house, as we would have done our utmost to improve your comfort immediately.

Regarding breakfast, kindly be assured that we strive to maintain the highest quality even during our busiest periods. However, when many guests arrive at the same time, occasional delays in replenishment or table resetting may occur. We sincerely apologize if this affected your experience. To ensure a calmer start to the day, we recommend visiting earlier breakfast hours, when it is typically quieter and more relaxed. I would like to thank you for the hospitality; we had a very pleasant stay. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding the room to help improve the guest experience. We found the mattress to be too soft, to the point where it sags, which affected our sleep. We also noticed the shower doesn’t drain properly and the room curtains, because they aren't properly secured, give the room a bit of an untidy look. Lastly, one of the fresh towels we received had a large tear in it. I hope this feedback is helpful for your future maintenance

The location is excellent — very convenient and well-situated. The rooms and common areas are spotlessly clean. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing good service throughout the stay.
