Excellent service, very pleasant atmosphere, great entrance and lobby.
Mostly I enjoyed outdoor swimming pool and roof garden.
Planning my next stay in Budapest I will certainly take this hotel in to consideration.

Cleaning was not so god, got charged 35 euro for extra cleaning. Its ok to get charged for it but then i expekt it to be properly done! It wasnt properly done so big minus for cleaning

Mi é dispiaciuto non poter usufruire nelle ore serali delle bellissime aree all'aperto dell'hotel. La camera era davvero bella e confortevole,il personale molto disponibile ed accogliente ! Gradevolissimo soggiorno !

we stayed 5 days in your hotel and all was wonderfull.The hotel is near the main attractions of Budapest;the room was cleaned and so beautiful; the restaurant was very nice and the food very good:excellent breakfast and very good meals on dinner.The staff was very nice and helpful.The swimming pool and the wellness center were very well.All was ok.I recommed this hotel at everybody

we had a lovely stay enjoyed it immencely lovely hotel staff very friendly and helpful food was excellent would go again.would highly recommend .Budapest is a wonderful city.We would definitely go back.

It was very nice staff, and generally the hotel gave us a good impression. The cleaning of the room was not as excellent as it was a bit dusty in the closet and on the tv etc. also the floor under the bed was dusty.
The pools and the sunbathing area was very nice. The massage was ok but the masseuse we went to had a cold and kept sneezing and blowing her nose and that wasn't very pleasant.
The food and drinks in the restaurant and lobbybar was fantastic and the staff in the reception was beyond amiable.
Generally, it's an excellent hotel with very good service and it is well worth the money.

I was Shocked on the overall Quality of your hotel , it was without doupt .The most pleasant experience I've had in a hotel ,,, a sheep in wolf's clothing... I would love to go back... Thank you for a most plesent stay . Kieran..
