I have stayed in many hotels around the world but think this is the best all-round hotel I think i've been to. Staff couldn't possibly be anymore helpful, the spa and roof top pool were great and the location was easy to reach everything we wanted to see. Absolutely great stay and brilliant long weekend.Definitely recommend.

war ganz nett, die lage is nicht allzu zentral. nettes personal. bedienstete meinte, dass um 11 auszuchecken waere, aber tatsaechlich ist das erst ab 12 der fall.

We had a lovely stay, the location is excellent for all sightseeing. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The hotel decor is lovely, all very clean, and the room was very nice indeed. We would certainly stay there again if we visit Budapest.

Hotel transport met us at the airport ok even though the concourse was mobbed out with people cheering on the Olympic competitors who were also on our flight.
We arrived at the hotel quite late, booked in & were told unfortunately the bar was shut! That was a shame because after the hold up at Budapest airport we would have liked to sit & chilled out for a wee while!!
The room was clean & tidy and the bed was extremely comfortable
There was only enough milk available in the room for 1 cup each of tea or coffee which was totally insufficient.
Hotel location was good for public transport & the main city centre.
The staff were friendly & helpful. Overall reasonably good except for the couple of slight annoyances as mentioned above!!

A nice break,very interesting city....the museum of terror was totally absorbing and it is amazing that you kicked out a super power like the USSR in 1956...that is right up there with anything in history.
