Verblijf kado gekregen. Wegens onbeschikbaar van de SPA de 1ste dag werd ons een superieurkamer gegeven. Zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Overall, very nice stay. Nice hotel, position and we loved the pool too. Staff was pleasant and polite, with the exception of one of concierges (young man with a weird black hair). When we approached him because we had an issue with a room card, he barely made eye contact, no smile no nothing, few word like "yes, ok" just told something in Hungarian to another receptionist(young blond guy, sorry, we didn't catch their names) without telling us anything so we figured that we should go to him and he was nice , so were the other staff members in the hotel. Also, as I said, housekeeping knocking at 8:15 AM on the day of check out and waking us up to ask us when do we plan to leave the room - not so good. But still, most of the staff and the hotel deserve a very good rating, of course, I will recommend it! :)

Close to public tranportation. I got a really good price through a hotel booking website. Varied breakfast. Clean hotel. They even vacuumed the floor of the room, which is often forgotten. Drinks in the mini bar were warm unfortuneately. My laptop (15,6") did not fit in the safe. A late check out until 6 pm instead of 12 costs 60 euro, that's too much.
