Great hotel, loved the roof terrace and spa. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, I will definitely be coming back again!

I would particularly like to mention the service offered by Szilvia in helping me secure a guide for a walking tour - her help was exemplary as was the tour.

We had a wonderfull time. Very friendly and helpfull staff. It was very lovely that there was a restaurant at the hotel. Prices were OK.

We only stayed one night before leaving Budapest good location for vaci street. Very friendly and helpful staff great price for 4 stars. Beautiful Hungarian wine in the bar.

En general, el hotel esta bien pero hay detalles que deberian cuidar

Service and personnel were really good. There are some little details that can be improved (malfunctioning key card, quality of wi-fi in the room, black stripes on the wall of the room)

Small rooms, ok breakfast, but very crowded and difficult to get a table.
Restaurant staff did not give us much attention and forgot to deliver some of the barberque food we ordered.

Had a great stay, staff and service were excellent, advice form hotel on restaurants and places to go were very good. Really enjoyed the stay, would recommend.
