Très bon hôtel, personnel très serviable, toujours agréable.
Par contre chambre sur rue très bruyante, difficile de dormir après 4h30 du matin (passage des camions poubelle !!!)

An architecturally very nice hotel in a quiet situation. The staff at the reception desk, in the restaurant and the chambermaids are very friendly and helpful. I have slept in the bed really good. Refreshments are provided. Not so nice is that in the bar, water (with strong chlorine taste) was served to the coffee. If I visit Budapest next time, I would like to enjoy my stay there again.

It was a great stay overall. Everything was brand new, clean, modern, exactly what we were looking for. Very close to the hop on and off tour bus, close to the main shopping street as well.
