The overall experience was very good but there are two things that were a bit less pleasant: breakfast room is too overcrowded and loud (probably depending on what day, weekends are surely more busy) and the cleaning staff being very loud and shouting to eachother and listening to music in the morning in the corridor outside the room.

Good location, quiet rooms, good cleaning overall. Nice breakfast.
The staff needs to be more friendly and helpful.

Lovely stay thoroughly enjoyed it …happy with everything at all hotel. Johanus , the concierge, was a credit to the hotel… so kind, and caring. Nothing was too much trouble
