We stayed at the Zara Continental Hotel Budapest for 3 nights in July. The room was cosy but very small. The shelving’s in the bathroom were not enough for two people. The breakfast was very complete and good. When we made the reservation there was not mentioned that we need to pay to have access to the SPA, including both indoor and outdoor swimming pool.
Although there were some negative points it was a very nice experience.

Really enjoyed the hotel. Good service. Smart surroundings. Personable and helpful bellhops. Good service at the main reception desk.

the Spa was nice due to weather conditions in Budabest during our stay.

It bothers me that staff does not notice customers ie. say "hello" etc. when met!

Prima hotel op uitstekende locatie ontbijt super erg uitgebreid en werd continu aangevuld. Vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam personeel die je goed informeren over tips om het verblijf nog aangenamer te maken en alles voor je regelen wat je vraagt. Kamers schoon en netjes en voldoende schoon linnengoed. We hebben een enorme fijne week gehad in Boedapest en zullen zeker nog eens terug komen. We hebben ons zeer welkom gevoeld en er is ook nog persoonlijke aandacht geschonken aan ons door regelmatig te vragen of alles naar wens was. Niets dan lof ook mijn 76 jarige moeder heeft een enorm fijn verblijf gehad in een prachtige stad.

We had a lovely stay. Even though we were too early, we could check in and even got a small upgrade. The bed was very good but the separate bed sheets were a little clumsy. Everything was nice and tidy, the personnel was friendly as well. Keep up the good work!
