We thought thew hotel was excellent - without exception the staff were very helpful,effecient and friendly - without being overly familiar. In fact they had it just right! The breakfast was also exrtremely good and as one of my party said 'if you couldn't find something you liked to eat there then there was no helping you!

Ha sido grato estar en su hotel.
Pensamos que deberían mejorar la atención en español. El último día tuvimos la fortuna de contactar con un recepcionista que lo hablaba y nos fue de gran ayuda.
Nosotros mejoraremos el inglés.

Zimmer , Service und Sauberkeit des Hotels sind als sehr gut zu bewerten. Bei der ersten Anreise hat man Probleme mit dem Parken, da nicht erkennbar ist, dass es eine Tiefgarage in der Seitenstrasse gibt.Wenn man sich erst mal auskennt ist es unproblematisch. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms are quite amazing, 20 foot + and fllor to ceiling window and headboard. Bathrooms are great. Gym and pools, sauna, infra sauna, grass on the roof with sun loungers are all amazing.

We had a great time in hotel Zara. The room was beautifull, clean and not noisy. We enjoyed the swimming pool after a hot day in the city. Breakfast, bar etc was in a luxury environment.
