The hotel and staff made a fantastic first trip to Budapest an even more wonderful experience.

I stayed for 2 nights, on a business trip. The staff were excellent. I travel quite a lot for business and so I stay in a lot of hotels. A few things that I thought could be better are:
- Although there were 3 lifts, only one seemed to work for my floor (4th floor). That meant I had to wait some time for the lift at peak times
- It was slightly difficult to use the desk for working in the room (room 410) because the chair does not have enough space before it hits the bed
- The shower in the bath is too close to the end wall, so it's difficult to stand exactl under the shower

These are really minor points for me, but I thought I would mention them. Actually, I would happily bring my wife to this hotel and it is not often that I say that about places I stay!

Very pleasant hotel, great staff, felt very clean and neat. Pool was nice but unfortunately not bigger - but view of city and clean. Friendly but also luxurious. I would be happy to stay there again, and would recommend it. Good for walking to nearby sites but doesn't have river views.

It had a good location, very beautiful hotel and modern with an old classic touch (the front door). Friendly people at the desk and restaurant. Overall very nice stay and I would recommend it.

If I have to say something negative: I was supriced by the 3euro city-tax/night.

I received a mail after my departure that you forgot to invoice some city taxes.
I have no issue with the error, and I would have paid, but what I didn't appreciate at all is that you charged my credit card, after my departure, without asking my approval.
all the rest was ok.

Overall, I absolutely loved my stay. I didn't get around to a rooftop swim, due to opening too late and closing too early (because I was working) but otherwise, I couldn't fault it! The hotel itself is a very grand and attractive building. I would definitely come again.

+ professional staff , quiet room , good breakfast , very good restaurant

- the airco in the restaurant and the speed of serving the dishes

Generally a very nice stay the standard rooms are a bit small but the price reflects that. Staff very helpfull
