A first class hotel and excellent service and willing staff. Although a good central location close to pubic transport did not feel that safe around some of the streets at night. Hotel has been stunningly refurbished.

A very clean, attractive hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are on the small side, but clean and modern. The roof-top pool is lovely.

We stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and found it to be a good comfortable base for sight-seeing and restaurants. Buses, trams, Metro and hop-on/Hob-off sightseeing buses where all in walking distance.

Hotel correct reste à améliorer la réception, trop long et pas organisé ainsi que le service bagage ou ceux ci préféreraient vous regarder le faire !!!!

Midweek verblijf buiten vakantietijd om. Vanuit Zara uitstekende positie om na perfecte nachtrust en zeer goed ontbijt de stad te verkennen. Aan het eind van de dag weer prettig lounchen en zwemmen in Zara.

Excellent three nights accommodation with breakfast. Everyone spoke English, very polite and helpful.Booked some excursions and taxis through the reception desk and this was very efficient and helpful. Maps were supplied for the city as well as recommendations for restaurants. Altogether a very enjoyable few days.

An excellent stay. Very comfortable. Hotel staff were most helpful. Rooms were comfortable. Breakfast provided an excellent choice. Handy location for central Budapest. Would certainly stay here again.
