From the second you hit the door everything about the hotel was first class
The staff at check in were some of the best I've ever met.
Facilities throughout the hotel were excellent

Rundum ein guter Aufenthalt. einzig negativ war, dass der Fitnessbereich nicht wie an der Rezeption gesagt immer offen ist, sondern er war nur zu Pool öffnungszeiten zugänglich

It's a good tidy hotel, potentially a little bit corporate for some people, but room, public areas and service were all very good.

Our suggestion to do something about the keycards ( we had to change them many times, because there were faulty ) was brushed aside. The hotel staff seems to take it personaly, that we mentioned this problem. We saw quiet a few things which has to be changed or fixed but that would take some time to write. Overall, this was a pleasent stay, I would suggest your hotel to a friend but I would properbly stay someplace else, more professional. Good luck for the future.

I have stayed at many hotels around the world and rarely have I encountered such excellent service! Your team was professional, courteous, friendly and helpful at all times. It was clear to me that a great deal of effort had been expended in developing such a cohesive team with consistently high standards. Nothing was too much trouble and, it was always service with a smile!I was also very impressed by the attention to small details; these make all the difference. Well Done to ALL who made my stay such a pleasurable one.I will certainly be back!Thank You!

Very friendly/helpful & professional staff.

However very disappointed in sightseeing trip,the itinerary wasn't clear,food too basic/bland with no choices,not enough free time at locations,should have had RESERVED seats for our group on boat,trip too expensive for content.
