You had a selebration during our stay. The service was not good for other guest that was not invited. We didn`t get any service in the bar and it was not good that we had to go in through the restaurant. We thought that day was bad organised for normal guests.

We enjoyed staying at your hotel, which is situated close to many interesting places. Easy to find bus and metro.
Quiet and clean hotel.

Our stay in Budapest, although short was an amazing experience. The continental hotel Zara was pushing the boundaries of a four starred hotel during our stay and we felt well looked after and the customer service was second to none. We would almost definitely come back to this hotel the next time we visit Budapest and have recommended it to several friends and family. Architecturally grand and a visually stunning building.

Excellent hotel. Service is at high level. Staff is very polite and helping nevertheless of the high number of guests.
