The stay was really nice overall but we missed some attantions to details, like the uncomfortebel beds and that there were no bathrobs in our room, when we asked for bathrobs in the spa area they said that they had run out of it...

Great stay at the reasonable price. The hotel is very conveniently located near the metro station (3-4 mins walk) and only 10-15 mins far from the city centre. Would definitely go for this hotel next time!

Nice hotel, good service. The internet facility was not so good, only one computer available for all the guests. The room could be a little bit bigger (I was in the room 315)

FIRST , THE LUGGAGES ARE IMMEDIATELY CHARGED TO YOUR ROOM, THE DESK IS VERY EFFICIENTLY AND THE ROOMS ARE MAYBY JUST A BIT LITTLE, BUT THE COMFORT IS HERE. MANY LITTLES ATTENTIONS ( SUPERIORS BATH ACCESSORIES, SAME FOR THE SHOOS) WE APPRECIATE THE QUALITY OF THE BREAKFAST BUFFET (DIVERSITY) AND THE BIG RESTAURANT QUALITY . MANY THANKS.
