Very good hotel. Very good experience. I would stay again in the hotel. We had an inconvenience with a bank ATM but thats no one's fault (could happen to anyone). Thank you very much.

Hotel Zara isnice and quiet &situated in an ideal location: the Jewish Quarter with lots of historyand 10 mins from all the major attractions. Hotel staff are very helpful. Room was comfortable but a bit too dark. Breakfast was magnicent, wonderful choice of fresh food. Spa opened @9am which was too late for a swim or steam before breakfast. I would recommend this hotel

Buona, ci ritornerei! Deve essere più pulita la camera perô, odore sgradevole nei corridoi! Buona la posizione anche se le vie attorno non erano belle!

A great stay in a wonderful hotel. Fantastic location. Walking distance to everything. Unbelievable value for money. Beautiful decor. Great rooms and the service was fantastic. Nothing to improve on !

Nice and clean hotel within walking distance to many nice restaurants, cafes and bars. The spa on the top was also a nice plus.

The front desk and bellman were extrememly nice and helpful. I could not compliment them enough, even when Venere.com had erred in my reservation, they handled it with kindness and class.
