Firstly, on Sunday morning there was insufficient room in the restaurant at breakfast. We were not personally affected by this. However, we have stayed in many hotels of your standard and also better. They have always displayed a message to their customers informing them the hotel is full and to avoid certain busy times for breakfast in the restaurant. This was not done and people were queuing outside the internal entrance door.

Secondly, we were staying at your hotel on a half board basis and attended your restaurant for dinner on each of our three evenings. On reflection we feel that upon arrival at the restaurant we were treated as second class citizens. On one evening we placed on a table very near to the door where customers can enter from the pavement. Every time the door opened, it being a windy day, there was a very cold draft. I complained to the waiter and his initial response was "What can I do." Shortly after this, and before we were going to walk out without having a meal, he returned and we moved to a different table.

We think this spoils the perception of you excellent hotel.

Need more pillows and bigger duvets. Otherwise, fantastic. Beautiful hotel and welcoming and helpful staff.

We stayed for 4 nights and the breakfast was excellent all days, but too busy saturday morning, more staff or better organizing would have helped. But the overall experience is very good!
