Sehr guter Service, Zimmer etwas zu klein. Leider habe ich die Pool-Anlage nicht genutzt.

Hotel Continental Zara is a fantastic,well-located hotel at a 10 minutes walk from the Danube.
Very good service,very friendly staffmembers even when they had to arrange a taxi for us.They were also very helpfull when we had a problem with the safe (problem solved in 5 minutes).
Very clean and new hotel with a tastefull breakfast buffet.We recommend the Continental Zara Hotel to all people. My wife and I had a fantastic stay in the beautifull city of Budapest.

staffwere always helpful and corteous, service was efficient, location was good as we were using public transport so it was quite central and easily accessable, modifications carried out to premises were very tastefully done

in general our experience was positive.
Comments:
Breakfast is far too expensive if you want to use this seperate;y from the room price. Far too crowded.We went out for breakfast close to the hotel area and paid 50-100% less with better quality.
Chair in the room was missing.
One of the lamps did not work

Servive was anyway alert to correct fast the mistakes.
